Accenture Philippines seeks an experienced AML/KYC Team Lead to oversee a high-performing group of analysts. You will ensure SLA, quality, and regulatory compliance across all cases while coaching and developing your team.

Lead and manage a team of AML/KYC Analysts, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence targets are consistently achieved.
Allocate and prioritize workload effectively, manage queues, and optimize team capacity to meet operational commitments.
Review and approve complex, high-risk, or escalated customer due diligence cases requiring management sign-off.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one discussions to drive employee performance and career development.
Monitor analyst performance and provide timely coaching based on quality reviews, scorecards, and operational metrics.
Support onboarding and development initiatives to accelerate analyst ramp-up and performance readiness.
Partner with Quality Control teams to identify defect trends and implement coaching, retraining, and process improvements.
Manage attendance, schedule adherence, workforce planning, and productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify and mitigate attrition risks through employee engagement, recognition, and proactive people management.
Escalate operational risks, including volume fluctuations, system issues, process gaps, and capacity constraints, while recommending solutions.
Support business reviews by providing performance insights, trend analysis, and root cause commentary.
Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), or Financial Crime Compliance.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC requirements, customer onboarding, sanctions screening, and financial crime risk management.
Proven experience leading teams and managing operational KPIs, including quality, productivity, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
Experience handling complex or high-risk due diligence cases is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive operational improvements while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
AML certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, ICA) are an advantage but not required.
