Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in data analysis.
• Ability to manage workflows and deliver work timely.
• Interest in learning SQL, Python, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage data-driven processes and workflows supporting the compliance program.
• Conduct complex data analyses to evaluate system decisions and optimize opportunities.
• Develop and support models used for filter calibration and tuning.
• Present findings and recommendations to Compliance leadership.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Become a subject matter expert in filter system functionality and data outputs.
• Assess impact of new products on existing filtering systems.
• Analyze transaction datasets and suggest filtering enhancements.
• Generate actionable insights from large datasets to support compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
• Develop technical skills in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Couchbase.
