Qualifications

• Must be able to manage projects and supervise up to 15 employees.
• Knowledge of Anti money laundering compliance policies and procedures would be an advantage.
• Understanding of Money Services Business regulatory requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act and their effect on our business.
• Ability to mentor team members. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• In depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsabilités

• Manage staff and procedures to analyze activity by agents to minimize risk at onboarding and lifecycle.
• Liaise between AML Compliance and front-line personnel on inquiries related to growth and compliance.
• Analyze trends and develop recommendations for business policies; supervise staff and forecast staffing needs.
• Develop and motivate staff to achieve departmental objectives; apply management practices and problem solving.
• Execute policies and coordinate activities with others outside the department as appropriate.
