IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an AMER-focused Coordinator to support revenue generation by managing CR&S leads, opportunities in Javelin, and coordinated follow-ups with hotel operators. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, cross-team collaboration, and timely processing of all leads to ensure proper account crediting.

The position involves hybrid office work from CRO-Manila, graveyard scheduling aligned with the AMER region, and provides administrative support for managers and staff

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate CR&S leads and opportunities in Javelin for proper account crediting.
Follow up on hotels via calls and emails for timely lead processing in MeetingBroker.
Assist in special projects and provide administrative support to managers.
Timekeeping and coordination with Finance, Technology, Facilities, and HR teams.
Back-up support for revenue-generating requests during peak times.
