Job summary

Future ready development Academy INC. in Pasig is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to handle outbound calls to US-based customers, confirm orders and verify deliveries, and assist with product installations.

This full-time night-shift role runs from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Basic salary starts at 25,000 PHP plus 5,000 PHP KPI incentive, plus night-shift compensation.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to U.S.-based customers to confirm orders and verify deliveries.
• Follow up with customers regarding product installation or issues.
• Make follow-up calls one week after delivery.
• Handle outbound call cases with up to 3 follow-ups if the line is not answered.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers based in the U.S. to ensure order confirmation and verify package delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding product installation or any potential issues.
• Do follow-up calls one week after product delivery.
• Handle outbound call cases per day, ensuring follow up 3 times if the call didnt get thru.

Requirements

• Clear and neutral accent; excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in phone-based customer service and e-commerce is a plus.

Ability to work during U.S. business hours:
9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Working Hours:
