Job summary

High Scale in Metro Manila is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to own day-to-day seller central accounts, optimize listings, and manage PPC campaigns to drive revenue. You will leverage data to inform decisions, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to scale brands across lifestyle, beauty, and wellness categories.

You will also forecast demand, coordinate with operations for inventory health, and deliver regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon operations, catalog management, account health, and listing optimization.
• Proven track record growing Amazon revenue and improving marketplace performance.
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously preferred.
• Agency or multi-brand eCommerce experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of assigned Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Monitor performance metrics: sales, traffic, conversion, and inventory.
• Manage product listings, variations, pricing, and catalog updates.
• Troubleshoot listing suppressions, account issues, and stranded inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace requirements.
• Partner with creative and copy teams to improve listing assets.
