High Scale is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to own day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts, drive growth, and optimize listings, advertising, and inventory across a portfolio of lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and DTC brands.

You’ll turn data into action, monitor KPIs like ACOS and ROAS, coordinate with creative teams, and relentlessly pursue opportunities to improve conversion, organic rankings, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of catalog management, account health, and listing optimization.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and improve marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of assigned Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Monitor performance, sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and account health.
• Manage product listings, variations, categories, pricing, and catalog updates.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and account health problems.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and requirements.
• Build regular reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
