Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Amazon PPC Executive to run and scale advertising campaigns across Amazon. You will own campaign strategy, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization to drive profitable growth across our product catalog.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-obsessed, and proven at improving ACOS and TACOS while increasing sales volume. This on-site role in Makati offers a collaborative team and room to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience running Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
• Solid grasp of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign types.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve ACOS and TACOS.
• Strong keyword research and search term analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Dependable, meticulous, and self-sufficient.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and oversee Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Carry out in-depth keyword research and build structured campaign architectures across the product catalog.
• Track and fine-tune bids, budgets, and placements to meet ACOS and TACOS targets.
• Run regular search term analysis and apply negative keyword strategies to cut wasted spend.
• Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance and report on key metrics including spend, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and total sales.
• Flag underperforming campaigns and run structured tests to lift results.
• Back new product launches with dedicated campaign strategies and ranking plans.
• Study competitor activity and market trends to uncover keyword and placement opportunities.
• Work with the listing and content team to align advertising with listing optimization and conversion rate.
• Keep campaign documentation and reporting well organized.
