Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Amazon PPC Executive to manage and scale advertising campaigns across Amazon. You will own campaign strategy, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization to drive profitable growth across our product catalog.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-obsessed, and has a proven track record of improving ACOS and TACOS while growing sales volume.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
Solid understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to manage and improve ACOS and TACOS.
Strong keyword research and search term analysis capability.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and build structured campaign architectures across the product catalog.
Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, and placements to hit ACOS and TACOS targets.
Perform regular search term analysis and apply negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend.
Track daily and weekly campaign performance and report on key metrics including spend, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and total sales.
Identify underperforming campaigns and execute structured testing to improve results.
Support new product launches with dedicated campaign strategies and ranking plans.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify keyword and placement opportunities.
Coordinate with the listing and content team to align advertising with listing optimization and conversion rate.
Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting.
