Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator – Amazon to manage catalog accuracy, launches, and listing content across Seller Central and Vendor Central. This remote role requires hands-on Amazon experience and comfort with large spreadsheets and PIM systems.

You will collaborate with Brand Managers, 3P partners, and the Marketplace Manager to ensure timely, correct uploads and healthy listings. Strong English communication and diligence are essential for success in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Amazon merchandising experience.
• Working knowledge of flat-file templates, variation setup, browse nodes and ASIN creation.
• Experience troubleshooting suppressed or inactive listings and Seller Support cases.
• Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Registry and Brand Stores.
• Basic understanding of Amazon SEO; Helium 10 or similar tools a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots).
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude) to draft content.
• Experience with a PIM system and ClickUp is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to present updates via Zoom and email.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products on Amazon through templates, Seller Central, Vendor Central, and PIM.
• Build and maintain parent/child variation families on detail pages.
• Create ASINs and hand to 3P team via ClickUp.
• Know 1P vs 3P load paths and follow the correct load path.
• Keep Amazon Record and ClickUp current for accurate status.
• Generate enhanced listing content and review against QA checklist.
• Follow file house rules to avoid rejects and maintain consistency.
• Upload A+ Content and load assets into Brand Store modules.
