Job summary

Adaptive Teams is hiring an Amazon Catalog Manager for a fully remote, year-round role based in the Philippines. You will own Amazon US and coordinate global marketplace expansion, maintain product catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify, and use flat files for listings.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, excels at bulk uploads, understands catalog integrity and compliance, and communicates proactively in a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially Amazon US and Global (NARF + international marketplaces).
• Expert-level skills with Amazon flat file templates and bulk uploads.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace content compliance and catalog integrity.
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, eBay, and Shopify is a plus.
• Proactive communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling support cases and listing troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own and manage Amazon United States as the primary marketplace
