Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing Amazon US and Global marketplaces.
- Expertise with flat files and bulk uploads to list or update products.
- Knowledge of catalog integrity and compliance across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Amazon United States as the primary marketplace.
- Support and scale Amazon Global marketplaces (NARF, international).
- Maintain catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
- Use flat files for creating, updating, and troubleshooting listings.
- Monitor and resolve listing issues and compliance flags.
- Open and resolve Amazon support cases with attention to detail.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve listing quality and growth.
- Provide performance reports and strategic insights.
