Job summary

Romdin Fleet Mgt. OPC is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to coordinate passenger trips, drivers, and daily transportation operations at Clark International Airport in Pampanga.

You will monitor vehicle movements, assign trips, and communicate with drivers and passengers to ensure safe and efficient service. The ideal candidate has high school or college background, experience in dispatch/logistics, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or College Undergraduate.
• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fleet management or ride-hailing experience is a plus.
• Computer literate and familiar with GPS, dispatch systems, navigation tools, and ride-hailing applications.
• Knowledgeable in local roads, routes, landmarks, and locations, particularly within Metro Manila.
• Willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions when required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing field and operational duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, alert, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of making quick and sound decisions, especially during traffic or operational disruptions.
• Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules as required.
• Willing to comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
