Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Senior Airport Lead to coordinate day-to-day airport operations, guiding frontline staff, ground handlers and partners to ensure safe, smooth service. You will drive operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and deliver a memorable customer experience at the airport.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, mentor staff, and apply regulatory knowledge to manage disruptions and emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications

• English written and spoken proficiency is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of solid Customer Service experience, preferably in airlines or airport services.
• Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated and committed, with teamwork orientation.
• Strong customer service mentality and interpersonal skills.
• Sound technical knowledge to perform airport job functions and pass required training.
• Thorough understanding of company policies and international regulatory procedures.
• Ability to handle normal operations, disruptions, and contingency situations.
• Able to adapt to constant change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate turnaround activities and guide Ground Handling Agent teams.
• Conduct flight briefings to support safe day-to-day operations.
• Monitor delivery against standards and escalate issues to management.
• Support regular Quality Control checks on station performance.
• Provide frontline customer service support and adopt new technologies.
• Coach and onboard staff, and maintain operational records for review.
