Job summary

1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corp. seeks a Duty Manager (Clark) to lead day-to-day airport operations at Clark. You will support Station and Terminal Managers, oversee passenger, baggage, cargo and ramp operations, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in aviation or ground handling, and 2+ years in supervision. You will coordinate with airline partners and airport stakeholders, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in aviation or ground handling operations.
At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience managing frontline or airport operations teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate station operations to ensure safe, efficient ground handling.
Monitor manpower, equipment, facilities, and resources for uninterrupted daily operations.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, customer service, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Investigate incidents and prepare timely reports with recommendations.
Coordinate with stakeholders on flight delays, disruptions, and aircraft changes.
Prepare shift and operational reports and participate in station meetings.
