Job summary

The role involves building up, loading, unloading, and releasing baggage, cargo, and mail, while supporting equipment operators and cabin cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Physically fit and presentable.
• Clean employment record (no regulatory issues).
• Driver’s license preferred (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3).
• Willing to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail to/from aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Assist Equipment Operators in preparing container dollies/ULDs.
• Perform cabin cleaning and related ramp duties.
• Ensure on-time performance by meeting loading deadlines.
• Safely handle special cargo (e.g., live animals, dangerous goods).
• Follow safety procedures and PPE regulations at all times.
• Attend pre-flight briefings and comply with operational instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline representatives.
• Report equipment issues and cargo irregularities immediately.
• Verify cargo and document information for correct delivery.
