Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician to provide hands-on technical support for airport passenger processing systems and related IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and network equipment, ensuring reliability in a 24/7 environment and delivering excellent on-site service to customers.

Applicants should have five+ years in field service/technical support, strong knowledge of airport systems, and experience with Windows patches and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a field service technician in a technical support role.
• Experience with airport systems such as CUPPS, CUSS, SBD, AOS, RMS, Biometrics and security gates.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for airport passenger processing systems, computers, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and repair computers and peripherals; assist in diagnosing failed equipment.
• Ensure operational IT infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards for reliability.
