Job summary
RTX (Collins Aerospace) is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for onsite work at the PH-BTG-TANAUAN CITY facility. You will provide technical support for airport systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain high system reliability.
Role requires 5+ years in field service, familiarity with CUPPS/CUSS and related airport technologies, and strong on-site customer service skills. Onsite position with 24/7 availability as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a field service technician in a technical support role.
- Experience with airport systems including CUPPS, CUSS, SBD, AOS, Bag Messaging, AODB, RMS, Biometrics, FIDS, Security Gates.
- Associate's degree in a relevant discipline or three years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of software for business applications, computers, and peripherals.
- Experience assisting in analysis and resolution of equipment failures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for airport passenger processing systems, computers, and networks; troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Develop IT system support strategies with IT colleagues and vendors.
- Perform rotating shift work in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Provide hands-on, face-to-face customer support and timely resolutions.
