Solaire Resort is seeking a Bay Service Agent to warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to vehicles or waiting areas, and coordinate across front desk, reservations, and bell staff. Strong English communication and hotel service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Experience in Concierge/Bell Service in hotel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local area, hotel facilities, and transportation options.
• Professional, approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests at airport area and escort to vehicles.
• Monitor flight statuses and provide updates to Concierge and Front Office.
• Log and dispatch job requests accurately.
• Handle internal and external communications promptly.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Reception, Concierge and Bell Service teams.
• Assist guests with airline-related concerns including booking and rebooking.
• Support guests with lost luggage with airline liaison.
• Coordinate with airport authorities on customs/immigration.
• Facilitate processing of Airport Access Passes and Vehicle Pass.
• Review and update arrival/departure lists.
• Maintain logs of guest movements and correspondence.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
