Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking an Airline Reservations Specialist - GDS Inbound & Outbound to join our team in the Philippines. The role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound follow-ups, and processing bookings, changes and ticketing via GDS platforms.

You will assist passengers and travel agents with fares, refunds, baggage, and seating queries, including special service requests. The position operates on a night shift and requires collaboration in a busy, customer-focused environment.

We are looking for a GDS-proficient Inbound and Outbound Agent to handle customer and travel-agent callback requests and handle inbound calls from passengers and travel agents on behalf of the airline and The role involves following up on missed calls, voicemails, and customer queries, assisting customers with bookings, changes, ticketing, and general travel-related queries while assisting with bookings and other travel-related requests through the GDS.

Qualifications and requirements

• Previous experience in airline reservations, travel, or customer service.
• Basic to good knowledge of a GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Customer-service oriented and professional.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Willing to work in shifts and across different time zones.
