Job summary

Metacom Business Processing Solutions is seeking an Airline Reservations Agent for our Cavite locations. The role involves assisting customers with airline bookings, providing schedule and fare information, and handling changes or cancellations. You will maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

The position is full-time and onsite with benefits including HMO from day 1 and government-mandated benefits, paid leave, and non-taxable allowances.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with airline reservations and flight bookings.
• Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate booking details and customer records.
