Metacom Careers is seeking an Airline Reservations Account Representative in Manila to handle passenger reservations and inquiries on-site. No prior BPO or airline reservations experience is required, with paid training provided. You will manage flight bookings, changes, fare inquiries, and policy questions.

The role offers up to ₱27,000 monthly, along with incentives, 13th month pay, and government-mandated benefits, within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
• No BPO or airline reservations experience required
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work ON-SITE in Manila

Mansioni

• Flight reservations and booking inquiries
• Ticket changes, rebooking, and cancellations
• Flight schedules, availability, and fare inquiries
• Baggage allowances and airline policies
