Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Planning professional to oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, manage work packages, and ensure all aircraft documentation is accurate and up to date.

The role requires coordinating tools, parts, and manpower, tracking progress, and reporting to the Customer Support Manager, with a focus on timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the aircraft, engine, and components maintenance requirements.
• Monitors compliance of unscheduled tasks, MEL items, and short term escalations.
• Prepares work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensures parts/tools/equipment are available.
• Tracks maintenance and logistics statuses affecting projects.
• Receives service orders and conducts kickoff meetings with departments to commit to schedules.
• Coordinates progress meetings to identify status and delays, and submits progress reports.
• Records and updates all aircraft documentation prior to customer acceptance and data archiving.
• Records actual man-hours and overtime spent in the project.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
