Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan is seeking an Aircon Technician to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of AC and refrigeration systems in guest rooms and public areas. The role focuses on upholding high engineering service standards and meticulous data logs for maintenance activities.

Under the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will promptly address faults, monitor equipment health, and ensure housekeeping and safety in all work areas.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for AC and Refrigeration systems.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring all equipment are in good working condition with minimal breakdowns.

JOB SUMARRY:

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, the Aircon Technician will carry out the actual maintenance, check-up, repair of AC & REF either in guest rooms and public areas in order to achieve by the maximum standard in delivering various engineering services required by the operation. To properly monitor and logs all necessary data of his responsibility for maintenance purposes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for AC and Refrigeration systems.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Attends educational seminars. Maintains knowledge on technological updates in the industry.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensures all equipment are all in good working Condition with minimal breakdown
• Immediately reports any equipment defects to the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensures good housekeeping and orderliness of all working areas
• Review all works done related to repair and maintenance of equipment according to Crimson standard
