On-site - Manila 1-3 Yrs Exp High/Senior High School Full-time

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning systems across the resort, including central HVAC units and individual air conditioning units in guest rooms, public spaces, and kitchens.
• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure optimal air quality and temperature control.
• Diagnose and fix air conditioning malfunctions, including issues with refrigeration cycles, compressors, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Keep detailed records of service requests, inspections, and maintenance performed on air conditioning systems.
• Candidate must possess at least a High school or Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate.
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagram.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of air conditioning units (AHU, FCU, PACU, VAV) is a plus.
