Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a GS FLS Team Lead in Cebu City to guide the FLS experts in processing system support requests, monitor service quality, and ensure adherence to procedures and SLAs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Air Logistics operations, systems, and processes.
• Experience with KN operations, products, services, and systems is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business applications.
• Good understanding of business processes and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct adherence to global Air Logistics Operational Model for KNGS and Working Instructions for systems support.
• Proactive collaboration with GS Operation team to achieve quality, performance and efficiency goals.
• Own and communicate key goals for GS and align with the GS Operational Teams.
• Analyze tool results and develop improvement strategies with SSM.
• Mentor and train team members; manage recruitment and assignments.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and escalation of issues when needed.
