Role Description

AIA Philippines Life Planners/Unit Managers in Metro Manila help individuals and families identify their financial protection and life insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. In this part-time hybrid role, team members meet clients in person and online, conduct needs analysis, present proposals, and assist with policy applications and servicing. They follow up with customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and provide regular reviews of clients’ coverage to support changing life stages. Unit Managers may also coach and support team members, participate in sales and marketing activities, and attend training sessions to stay informed about AIA products, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Some work can be performed from home, complemented by client meetings and team activities in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Insurance and General Insurance knowledge, with the ability to explain life and protection products clearly to customers.
• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on ethical and customer-centric practices.
• Marketing capabilities, such as basic digital outreach, networking, and community-building to grow a client base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with flexible hours.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila, managing time effectively between office, client visits, and remote work.
