Role Description:

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity for an Insurance Financial Advisor with the Apex team at AIA Philippines, based in Iloilo. You will build relationships with prospective clients, assess protection needs, explain solutions, and provide ongoing support, while working toward activity and sales targets. The role includes a pathway toward agency leadership, developing skills in recruitment, coaching, and team management, subject to readiness and program requirements.

Earnings are commission-based rather than a fixed salary, with an additional allowance available upon meeting the program’s eligibility requirements and performance targets.
