Cognizant is seeking an AI Workflow Analyst to oversee AI-powered workflows and act as the human-in-the-loop for exceptions. You will review AI outputs, assess accuracy, and decide whether to guide the AI, take over tasks, or escalate issues to ensure safe, high-quality customer outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple priorities, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. Immediate joiners are preferred and a joining bonus may apply.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Strong judgment for handling exceptions and escalations.
• Follows SOPs, playbooks, and structured processes.
• Attention to detail with ability to assess accuracy, quality and risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Recruitment Ops, Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, Customer Ops, Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance or QA is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or short notice periods preferred.

• Provide guidance and contextual instructions to AI agents when needed.
• Handle exception cases and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Perform human-required steps and return tasks back to AI workflows efficiently.
• Prevent inaccurate, risky, or inappropriate outputs from reaching customers.
• Document recurring issues, edge cases, and process improvements.
• Complete detailed shift handovers and escalation reports.

Key Qualifications

• Practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with AI-powered workflows, AI-assisted processes, AI agents, or automation solutions.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills, particularly when handling exceptions, escalations, or non-standard scenarios.
• Experience following SOPs, playbooks, and structured operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess accuracy, quality, and risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Successful candidates who will start on November 9 may qualify for a ₱50,000 Joining Bonus.
