Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking an AI Workflow Analyst to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions, owning the full delivery lifecycle from design to deployment. You will ensure tools are properly configured, tested, and handed over with documentation and training.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, and business units to design end-to-end AI workflows, monitor adoption, and prepare BI-related insights to drive technology uptake across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience coordinating between business units, developers, and QA.
• Solid understanding of how AI agents and automated workflows operate.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved business requirements and determine the appropriate AI solution.
• Design and build AI solutions end-to-end, including tool configuration and integration.
• Coordinate with developers and QA throughout the build.
• Test and validate solutions before deployment.
• Deploy solutions and provide end-user documentation and training.
• Maintain the AI project pipeline with prioritized backlog.
• Evaluate tools and recommend suitable options.
• Prepare solution briefs covering approach, tool selection, data sources, and metrics.

The AI Workflow Analyst takes documented business requirements and converts them into working AI-powered solutions, owning the full delivery lifecycle from solution design through build, testing, and deployment. This role ensures that AI tools and automated workflows are accurately built, validated, and handed over with proper documentation and training. The Analyst also supports AI adoption tracking, champion enablement, and business intelligence initiatives to drive meaningful technology uptake across the organization.

How You’ll Drive Success

AI Solution Building & Delivery

• Receive approved business requirements and determine the appropriate AI solution — whether prompt-based, automated workflow, AI agent, or custom-built application

• Design and build AI solutions end-to-end, including tool configuration, workflow development, agent building, and system integration

• Coordinate with developers and QA throughout the build and elevate technical complexity that exceeds the role's scope

• Test and validate solutions before deployment to ensure outputs are accurate, reliable, and meet agreed requirements

• Deploy solutions and conduct post-deployment reviews, providing end users with appropriate documentation and training

• Maintain and update the AI project pipeline in coordination with the manager, keeping it prioritized and build-ready

Solution Design & Tool Selection

• Evaluate AI tools and automation platforms and recommend the most suitable option for each use case

• Produce a solution brief before build begins, covering the proposed approach, tool selection, integration points, data sources, and success metrics

• Build and maintain familiarity with the team's AI tool library, reusing and contributing components across projects

• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios with the QA team prior to user testing

AI Adoption & Champion Support

• Monitor AI usage rates across business units and maintain an adoption tracking dashboard

• Prepare adoption reports for management and flag low-engagement areas with recommended actions

• Assist in training and supporting designated department AI champions as directed by the manager

• Run periodic satisfaction surveys on AI tool usage and compile findings for management review

• Supply documented efficiency gains per project to support regular AI performance reporting

Business Intelligence & Engagement Support

• Support testing, training delivery, and handover for business intelligence and engagement initiatives as assigned

• Prepare user guides and training materials for deployed solutions

• Flag cross-project dependencies or conflicting priorities to the manager early

• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects and perform other tasks as assigned by management

The Expertise You Bring

Education

• Certification or coursework in AI, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage

Experience

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms is required

• Experience working across teams — coordinating between business units, developers, and QA — is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Solid working knowledge of how AI agents and automated workflows operate in practice

• Clear communicator, able to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reports to identify trends and prepare summaries
