Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a driven AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate AI-enabled capabilities while collaborating with U.S.-based ASCENT engineers, software developers, product leaders, and mission experts.

The role blends AI research with strong software-engineering fundamentals, rapidly evaluating new technologies, building prototypes, and transitioning concepts into secure, maintainable software products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
5+ years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related technical field.
Proficiency in Python with maintainable, tested software.
Experience with generative AI frameworks or orchestration tools.
Experience integrating LLMs or AI services via APIs/SDKs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and integrate AI-enabled software capabilities for operational needs.
Develop apps using large language models and foundation models, incl. conversational tools and workflows.
Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions connecting data sources with generative AI.
Evaluate model accuracy, latency, cost, and safety; ensure secure deployments.
Maintain versioned prompts, system instructions, and context-management strategies.
