Job summary

EY in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a USLI (Office of the CIO) – Supervising Associate to own the end-to-end AI tool lifecycle—from demand intake to value realization—with high ownership and leadership visibility.

You will lead a small team of project administrators, oversee operational tasks, and coordinate cross-functional work across ~65,000 users, delivering strategic reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot tables, Power Query and data visualization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience transforming large datasets into actionable insights and leading teams.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across functions and maintain structured governance.

Responsibilities

• Project & Governance Management: track AI tools across lifecycle stages and control costs.
• Team Leadership: lead a small team of project admins/associates for high-quality delivery.
• Strategic Reporting: develop executive dashboards and metrics on technology adoption and usage.
• Process Improvement: drive time-to-value improvements and support change management across large user bases.
• Data Analysis: cleanse and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
