You will guide a team of AI engineers, contribute code, and own GenAI products from design to production, reporting to the Paris AI Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Bangalore team of AI engineers with mentoring and technical support.
• Contribute hands-on by designing, writing, and delivering production code.
• Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI products, ensuring technical excellence and business alignment.
• Drive architecture, tooling, and standards in line with AI strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers on the AI roadmap.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, innovative team culture and stay at AI research forefront.
