Job summary

Teciem, a leader in treasury and capital markets software for financial institutions worldwide, seeks a hands-on AI Engineering Lead in our Bangalore team. You will guide a team of AI engineers, contribute code, and own GenAI products from design to production, reporting to the Paris AI Engineering Manager.

You will shape technical direction, collaborate with product and software teams, and foster an inclusive, innovative culture while staying at the forefront of GenAI research and production

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Bangalore team of AI engineers with mentoring and technical support.
Contribute hands-on by designing, writing, and delivering production code.
Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI products, ensuring technical excellence and business alignment.
Drive architecture, tooling, and standards in line with AI strategy.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers on the AI roadmap.
Foster a positive, inclusive, innovative team culture and stay at AI research forefront.
