Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking an experienced AI strategy leader to define and own the organization's AI strategy and roadmap across business functions. You will prioritize opportunities with senior leadership, translate ideas into defined initiatives, and collaborate with BI, Automations & AI Solutions teams to balance delivery with capacity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technology, data, AI/ML, or related strategic roles.
• Experience defining and driving AI strategy from concept to delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on experience building training programs, courses, or workshops without a dedicated build/dev team.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI/LLM technologies and ability to discuss them credibly with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organization's AI strategy and roadmap across business functions.
• Prioritize AI use cases with senior leadership based on impact and feasibility.
• Partner with BI, Automations & AI Solutions Manager to assess feasibility and sequencing of initiatives.
• Design and deliver self-paced AI learning programs and run AI workshops for onshore and offshore staff.
• Build and maintain an AI Champions network and create training materials.
