Job summary

Penbrothers in Metro Manila seeks an AI Strategy Lead to define and own the organization's AI initiative roadmap. You will partner with senior leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment.

As a hands-on enablement professional, you will design training programs, run AI workshops, and build an AI Champions network for onshore and offshore teams, while ensuring governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years in technology, data, AI/ML, or related strategic roles.
• Defined AI/ emerging-technology strategy from concept to delivery.
• Built training programs, courses, or workshops independently.
• Experience with or evaluating AI/LLM technologies.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, or BI to scope and deliver initiatives.
• Experience facilitating enablement programs (training, hackathons, champions networks).
• Experience in a BPO, EoR, or remote-team environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organization's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize AI use cases with leadership, based on impact and feasibility.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and assess applicability to the business.
• Build a pipeline of AI initiatives from concept through business case development.
• Partner with the BI, Automations & AI Solutions Manager to assess feasibility and sequencing.
• Independently design, deliver AI workshops and trainings for onshore/offshore employees.
• Develop AI governance policies, data privacy, and risk management practices.
• Engage stakeholders and present AI strategy and outcomes to senior leadership.
