MicroSourcing is hiring an AI Specialist to drive AI and machine learning initiatives across recruitment and back-office functions in a hybrid, day-shift setup at the Clark Freeport Zone. You will lead delivery, build and deploy AI solutions, and integrate tools like ChatGPT and Google Cloud AI into internal systems.

You will also train consultants in prompt engineering, enable automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to redesign workflows.

• Identify, scope, and lead the delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives that align with business goals
• Build, train, or deploy AI solutions for predictive insights, automation, workflow optimisation, or internal knowledge tools
• Integrate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI) into Partner's internal systems and recruitment processes
• Support consultants with prompt engineering, productivity tools, and day-to-day AI usage training
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed automation across recruitment and back-office functions
