Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, is hiring an AI Specialist for a hybrid position based in Clark Freeport Zone on a day shift.

You'll identify and lead AI and ML initiatives, build or deploy AI solutions, integrate platforms like ChatGPT, support with prompt engineering, and collaborate with data engineers to enhance recruitment and back-office processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead the delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives that align with business goals
• Build, train, or deploy AI solutions for predictive insights, automation, workflow optimisation, or internal knowledge tools
• Integrate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI) into Stellar's internal systems and recruitment processes
• Support consultants with prompt engineering, productivity tools, and day-to-day AI usage training
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed automation across recruitment and back-office functions
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI tools to ensure responsible, secure, and ethical use
• Champion the safe and strategic use of AI across the business by sharing knowledge and running capability-building sessions
• Collaborate with data engineers or IT partners to manage data pipelines, model lifecycle, and platform infrastructure
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and make strategic recommendations accordingly
