Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that solve business problems and enhance decision-making. You will build ML pipelines, preprocess data, train, validate and deploy models, and work with data engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems and improve decision‑making.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, training, validation and deployment.
• Work with large datasets to develop predictive models and intelligent systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
