Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that solve business problems and enhance decision-making. You will build ML pipelines, preprocess data, train, validate and deploy models, and work with data engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

Your Role

What You Need

• Non‑negotiables:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
  • Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Preferred Skills / Expertise:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP (especially AI/ML services).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
  • Experience with data engineering tools and pipelines (e.g., Spark, Airflow).
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision or generative AI techniques.
  • Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional development teams.
