Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Senior Solutions Developer to design, develop, and coordinate AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform. The role focuses on integrating AI into scalable, secure business applications and requires leadership in AI tooling adoption.

The candidate will gather requirements, architect solutions, and guide a team through deployment, while ensuring governance, security and alignment with the enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, business, engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and implementing AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies such as NLP, generative AI, OpenAI integration, and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced solutions, including workflows and automations.
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and iterative solution delivery.
• Prior experience in agile methodologies and product management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and understand requirements, identifying opportunities where AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform can deliver maximum value.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications leveraging Copilot Studio, integrating AI and OpenAI technologies into workflows and business processes.
• Design solutions with a focus on NLP, generative AI, and predictive analytics, aligning with business goals.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on Power Platform, utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder to enhance automation.
• Lead innovation initiatives by prototyping Copilot Studio-based applications that redefine user experiences.
• Incorporate AI models into solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and API integration.
• Ensure alignment with ITD's architecture, product roadmap, and standards, including AI governance and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
• Track client feedback to refine AI-driven features and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Copilot Studio apps with enterprise systems.
