Job summary

Advice2Talent is building a pool of AI-savvy Virtual Assistants to support Australian businesses, especially in financial advisory and accounting.

We offer full-time remote work with Australian business hours. The role requires at least 2 years of VA/administrative experience, strong English, and hands-on AI tool use with a focus on efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of VA, administrative or operations experience.
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients, ideally in financial planning, financial advisory or accounting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini, with practical examples of improved efficiency.
• Strong written English, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and process documentation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Understanding of confidentiality and responsible AI use.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities
