Job summary

Advice2Talent is building a pool of AI-savvy Virtual Assistants to support Australian businesses, particularly in financial advisory and accounting. This full-time, work-from-home role requires identifying automation opportunities, setting up AI prompts, and drafting communications with high accuracy.

You will support Australian or international clients, apply AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, and help teams adopt AI workflows while maintaining confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of VA, administrative or operations experience.
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients, ideally in financial planning, financial advisory or accounting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini, with practical examples of improved efficiency.
• Strong written English, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and process documentation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Understanding of confidentiality and responsible AI use.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
