Job summary

ScalableOS, a Philippines-based IT talent partner, seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong AI delivery and governance background to drive end-to-end AI capability delivery—from business need through pilot, evaluation, approval, rollout, hypercare and final ownership.

You will lead governance, manage pilots, and coordinate with US stakeholders in English, ensuring successful handoffs and clear decision logs, while adapting to a long-term remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management delivering software or technology into production.
• Proven delivery for US-based clients or employers with real-time overlap, including running live meetings with US stakeholders in English.
• Experience running a governance or gate-review process where the decision depended on evidence you assembled and holding a standard against a senior stakeholder who wanted it waived.
• Working fluency with AI or automation delivery: pilots, shadow mode, promotion thresholds, and why a good demo is not evidence.
• Written English strong enough to author an executive-facing decision log unaided.

Responsibilities

• Drive each AI capability through all lifecycle steps: needs, owners, pilot, documentation, training, comms, go/no-go, rollout, hypercare, ownership.
• Assemble and defend the go/no-go packet at each gate review with pilot evidence, results, risks, and handoff plan.
• Run Steering Committee and Execution Council cadence: agenda, quorum, scorecard, decisions log with owner and date.
• Chase actions to closure between sessions, surface blockers, and escalate to chair as needed.
• Own the hypercare-to-ownership handoff when a named owner accepts it with documentation and a support path.
• Ensure evidence supports promotions and that room decisions are well-founded.

SUMMARY

The idealcandidate is an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong AI orautomation delivery and governance experience. Lead the end-to-end delivery andoperationalization of AI capabilities. The role focuses on taking AIcapabilities from initial business need through pilot, evidence-basedevaluation, approval, rollout, hypercare, and final operational ownership.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

JOBREQUIREMENTS

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
