PM Consulting seeks an experienced Head of AI to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation for a major financial services client. The role drives strategy, governance, and scalable AI platforms to improve customer experience, risk management, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in enterprise technology or AI leadership, deep fintech exposure, and a proven track record delivering large-scale AI initiatives, with strong executive communication and cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong background in financial services, lending, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Proven success delivering large-scale AI, machine learning, or generative AI initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based AI ecosystems, data platforms, and operational AI governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of compliance, model governance, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and executive leadership objectives
• Lead AI initiatives across multiple business functions including customer operations, risk, revenue generation, digital experience, and shared services
• Establish scalable AI infrastructure, governance frameworks, and operational standards for machine learning and generative AI deployment
• Oversee AI product incubation and transition successful solutions into enterprise-wide adoption
• Drive AI platform modernization including data pipelines, model operations, observability, security, and optimization
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with external technology partners, vendors, and innovation ecosystems to stay ahead of emerging AI trends

Location: National Capital Region

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced AI executive to lead the strategic adoption and operational scaling of artificial intelligence across a rapidly growing enterprise in the financial services sector.

This role will drive the organization’s end-to-end AI transformation agenda, overseeing the development of scalable AI capabilities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and business growth.
