Job summary

Shopee is seeking an AI & Automation Delivery professional to drive the roadmap from idea to pilot to live deployments across logistics and operations in the Philippines.

You will turn operational pain points into clear requirements, collaborate with Product and Tech, and build dashboards to quantify time saved, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.

The role demands strong analytics, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, product operations, data analytics, or process automation, ideally in logistics or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real operational problems.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool.
• Ability to turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product/Tech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, from ground Ops to Product and Tech.
• Structured, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI & automation roadmap from idea to pilot to live deployments.
• Review processes to identify where AI and automation can boost speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Scale and continuously improve existing AI solutions, tracking quality and adoption.
• Turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product/Tech.
• Build dashboards and analyses to track progress, accuracy, and business impact of each initiative.
