Job summary

CXC is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered products. You will define vision, identify customer needs, and collaborate with global teams across engineering, design, and data science to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will establish KPIs, drive AI initiatives, and support launches with strong stakeholder communication, while aligning with US business hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of heavy experience with insurance.
Proven experience with Product Development, Management, and Agile Methodology.
Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
Lead discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption, and ROI.
Drive AI initiatives translating business needs into capabilities.
Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Present plans and recommendations to leadership.
