Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered products. You will drive the product vision, deliver customer-centric solutions, and collaborate across global teams during US business hours.

You will define roadmaps, run market research and interviews, partner with engineering, data science and design, and track KPIs and ROI. A minimum of 5 years in insurance-focused product work is required, with hands-on AI tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance-focused product roles.
• Proven product development, management, and Agile experience.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Lead product discovery, market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, ROI.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives and translate needs into capabilities.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Present plans and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
