Job summary

CXC is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered products. You will define vision, identify customer needs, and collaborate with global teams across engineering, design, and data science to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will establish KPIs, drive AI initiatives, and support launches with strong stakeholder communication, while aligning with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of heavy experience with insurance.
• Proven experience with Product Development, Management, and Agile Methodology.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact products, including AI-enabled and AI-native solutions.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends to drive product innovation.
• Lead product discovery, market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, translating business needs into AI-powered product capabilities.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external audiences.
• Present product plans, business cases, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of heavy experience with insurance
• Proven experience with Product Development, Management, and Agile Methodology
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar product management certification.
• Agile Product Development training.
• AI Product Management certifications or related coursework.
