Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered products. You will drive the product vision, deliver customer-centric solutions, and collaborate across global teams during US business hours.

You will define roadmaps, run market research and interviews, partner with engineering, data science and design, and track KPIs and ROI. A minimum of 5 years in insurance-focused product work is required, with hands-on AI tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance-focused product roles.
• Proven product development, management, and Agile experience.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact products, including AI-enabled and AI-native solutions.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends to drive product innovation.
• Lead product discovery, market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, translating business needs into AI-powered product capabilities.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external audiences.
• Present product plans, business cases, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of heavy experience with insurance
• Proven experience with Product Development, Management, and Agile Methodology
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar product management certification.
• Agile Product Development training.
• AI Product Management certifications or related coursework.
