Job summary

Senior Product Manager at CXC will lead strategy, development, and growth of digital and AI-powered products across global teams, translating insights into scalable solutions with real business impact.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, and drive adoption and outcomes through data-driven decisions, while exploring AI, automation, and emerging tech.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management/Product Development.
Experience in Agile environments and managing digital products.
Background in insurance, consulting, outsourcing, fintech, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with AI-powered products, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for digital and AI-enabled products.
Gather customer insights and market trends to define innovative product solutions.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact products.
Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
